Possessing over three decades of combined experience in medicine and health-care investment, Mitchell Blutt, MD, also has previously served on the board of directors for Penn Medicine.
US News & World Report announced earlier in 2016 that Penn Medicine was once again ranked as a top medical center in the United States.
