Mitchell Blutt, the current CEO of the healthcare investment firm Consonance Capital, is known in professional circles as the first physician to join the healthcare investment field at an executive level. Mitchell Blutt also works as a clinical assistant professor of medicine at Cornell University’s Weill Cornell Medical College. As a top-ranked medical school and research center, the Weill Cornell Medical College is in its 89th year of partnership with the New York-Presbyterian Hospital.
